7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Size issue (for stitched items)
✔ Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags must remain intact

• Sale/discounted items are non-refundable (exchange only if defective)

Non-Returnable:

• Used products

• Custom stitched orders

• Items damaged after delivery
